Great Stories are Waiting to be Told…
Nicci Kilgour, RN, began her nursing career as a CNA at Siena Care Center in 1999. She worked her way through nursing school over the next six years. She passed her RN boards in early 2007 and was promoted to Unit Manager of our short-term rehab unit. The staff and patients love Nicci, and she was recently nominated by her CNA’s for the Above and Beyond award. Congratulations, Nicci, and thanks for all that you do.
